Rise Technical is looking for a Senior AI Researcher to lead innovative research projects in autonomous systems from its Boston, Massachusetts office. In this hybrid role, you will be the first dedicated AI Researcher at a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, working closely with a specialized AI team and engineering leadership. Your focus will be on post-training language models, developing core models that can reason and plan autonomously. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine learning research and strong skills in both Python and PyTorch.
