Responsibilities Inspect properties and assess repair and remodeling needs. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, suppliers, and management. Determine required tools and maintain an organized inventory. Execute tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Interact professionally with homeowners, property managers, suppliers, and commercial customers. Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and a reliable vehicle. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Independent thinker who works well within a team.
