Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• As our Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll help our doctors and nursessafely prescribe and dispense medications so they can help our patients feel better and recover from their illness or injury.

• Every day you will build trust in these interactions by reviewing every prescription in your queue, acting as the expert for the final check. You will be expected to review prescriptions for potential drug interactions, correct dosing, patient allergies or anything that looks unusual in your opinion.

• To be successful in this role, you must enjoy learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide solutions for our patients, and continually look for ways to go above and beyond for your patients, delivering an exceptional experience along with exceptional care.

Job Requirements

Required

• B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm D.

• Valid Arizona pharmacist license

• American Heart Association-issued Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)

Preferred

• One year hospital experience

• Strong clinical pharmacy skills

• Previous experience with Hospital Pharmacy computer systems

Pay Range

$54.76 - $81.45 /hour
