Project Manager

Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring objectives related to budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all aspects of project lifecycle management from award through completion.
• Managing project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, contingencies, and financial reporting.
• Developing, maintaining, and monitoring Critical Path Method schedules while driving subcontractor accountability.
• Administering owner and subcontract agreements, ensuring contractual compliance throughout project execution.
• Overseeing procurement, requests for information, submittals, and project documentation processes.
• Partnering closely with field leadership to coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders while participating in business development and project pursuits.

The successful applicant we are seeking for the Project Manager role:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience.
• Has proven experience serving as a Project Manager on commercial projects valued at $3M+.
• Has prior experience as a Project Engineer with strong knowledge of requests for information, submittals, procurement, and document control processes.
• Demonstrates expertise in budget management, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
• Has experience within healthcare, education, or institutional construction environments.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Exhibits exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Has a track record of accountability, professionalism, and successful project delivery.
