ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and as a third-generation agent, insurance has always been a part of my life. I graduated from Rutgers University and enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active through fitness, and being outdoors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This is a proactive, prospecting-focused sales role that requires actively identifying and reaching out to potential customers. Success in this position requires a hunter mentality, comfort with high-volume outbound calling, and the ability to generate new business rather than relying solely on incoming leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
