Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with home health experience to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of home settings. The ideal candidate will have experience with OASIS documentation and a strong understanding of patient assessments related to a wide range of medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and manage patient care aspects
• Utilize equipment such as gait belts, walkers, and oxygen supplementation
• Educate patients and families about health management and recovery
• Document patient progress and care performed in compliance with regulations
• Perform home health visits, with a minimum of 6 visits per day

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year home health experience required
• Florida state nursing license or compact license
• BLS certification
• OASIS training preferred
