Lead Sales Engineer

Leading the post-sales engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Post-Sales GTM Engineer will architect and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance customer success operations, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize the overall customer lifecycle management. Key responsibilities Build and maintain a scalable Customer Success engine that utilizes health signals to engage customers effectively Automate repetitive tasks across various teams, enhancing their efficiency and capacity without increasing headcount Develop account health scoring models and manage integrations between Salesforce and AI platforms to streamline operations Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in RevOps, CS Ops, or GTM engineering, with a proven track record as a senior builder Proficiency in working with APIs, data models, and AI automation platforms, including coding for system integrations Strong understanding of B2B SaaS economics, including health scoring, churn, and net revenue retention (NRR) Familiarity with traditional customer success frameworks and a keen interest in developing AI-native solutions Experience setting technical direction for teams and projects, regardless of formal title
