Position Summary We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a well-established and growing practice in Dothan, Alabama. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and surgical procedures, supported by strong referral volumes and modern facilities. The incoming physician will treat a wide range of urologic conditions in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage general urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urologic cancers Perform surgical procedures (open, laparoscopic, and/or robotic as available) Provide both outpatient care and inpatient consults/procedures Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated care Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives Qualifications MD/DO with completion of Urology residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Eligible for Alabama medical licensure Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement) Malpractice coverage CME allowance paid CME time Generous PTO and professional expense reimbursement Access to modern ORs and advanced surgical technology Looking forward to connecting.
