Remote Client Agent - Work From Home | Training & Mentorship Provided

The Gainey Agency

The Gainey Agency is expanding and is seeking motivated individuals for a remote Client Agent opportunity available to candidates located in the Chattanooga, TN area. This independent contractor (1099) role in the financial services industry offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and a clear path for growth.

Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products
- Educate clients on life insurance and related options
- Assist clients in selecting coverage based on their needs and goals
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide support as needed
- No cold calling required; leads are provided, though agents may also choose to generate their own

Compensation
- Commission-based compensation (1099 independent contractor)
- Earnings are based on individual performance, effort, and production
- No guaranteed hourly wage or salary

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain a Tennessee state life insurance license (assistance provided; licensing fees may apply)
- Access to a computer, internet connection, and phone

Additional Information
- This is not a salaried or hourly position
