Help Desk Analyst | Temporary

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a temporary Help Desk Analyst to join a professional services firm based in Bethesda. This individual will join a busy team, provide support to end-users, and maintain systems and applications for the firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of help desk experience, enjoy finding solutions, and know how to deliver exceptional IT service to a broad range of professionals. This is a temporary role and is available immediately! Responsibilities Resolve service requests in a timely manner to users remotely and onsite Add, update, and delete user profiles and accounts Assist with creating user guides for IT processes and procedures Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in end-user support in a Microsoft/Windows environment Experience with MS Office Suite, Windows 10/11, imaging, and Mac hardware Knowledge of ticketing systems High level of attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation $27/hr+ Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ford Agency
