Leasing Consultant (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Description Tarantino Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee 800 Towers Apartments from 9:00 am - 6:00pm. Base PLUS Commission. Responsibilities: * Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors * Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue * Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew * Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email * Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects * Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market Requirements * Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred * OneSite experience required * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office * Excellent written and verbal communication * Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus Why People Love Working Here: People are at the heart of what we do every day.
