This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves engaging with people, and knows how to turn excitement and conversation into meaningful brand connections.As a Community Marketing Agent, you’ll be the face of the brand—creating memorable experiences, building rapport with fans, and introducing travel opportunities in a natural, engaging way.What You’ll DoEngage fans and guests at live sports, festivals, concerts, and partner eventsRepresent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalismStart conversations that feel authentic—not scripted or transactionalQualify interest and capture guest information accuratelyPromote event-specific offers, incentives, and travel experiencesWork closely with event leadership to ensure smooth on-site executionMaintain brand standards, setup, and presentation throughout the activationWhat We’re Looking ForHigh energy, outgoing personality with strong communication skillsComfortable approaching and engaging people in busy, live environmentsPassion for sports, entertainment, travel, or hospitalityAbility to quickly read guests and adapt conversations in real timeReliable, punctual, and professionalComfortable working nights, weekends, and event schedulesSales, hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassador experience a plus (not required)Why This Role WorksThis role is ideal for individuals who love live events, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a high-profile sports and travel brand.
