Job Description

Rovers Pampered Paws is currently seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate Pet Groomers to join our growing team. (50% Commission + tips)

Responsibilities:

Perform breed-specific and pet-style haircuts
Bathe, dry, brush, and de-shed dogs
Trim nails and clean ears
Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Maintain a clean and organized grooming station
Communicate with pet owners regarding grooming requests
Recognize and report any skin or health concerns
Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

Previous professional dog grooming experience preferred
Must have proficient scissor cutting skills
Ability to groom multiple breeds
Knowledge of grooming tools and techniques
Patient, gentle, and confident handling animals
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
