Rovers Pampered Paws is currently seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate Pet Groomers to join our growing team. (50% Commission + tips)
Responsibilities:
- Perform breed-specific and pet-style haircuts
- Bathe, dry, brush, and de-shed dogs
- Trim nails and clean ears
- Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming station
- Communicate with pet owners regarding grooming requests
- Recognize and report any skin or health concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous professional dog grooming experience preferred
- Must have proficient scissor cutting skills
- Ability to groom multiple breeds
- Knowledge of grooming tools and techniques
- Patient, gentle, and confident handling animals
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
