Job Description :

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion

⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews

⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications

⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables

⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skills :

•Data Analytics & Insight Generation - Ability to analyze portfolio data and derive actionable insights for decision-making

•Executive Dashboarding and Visualization (Power BI / Tableau)

•Portfolio Data Management & Governance - Maintain a centralized, transparent portfolio view across programs / projects

•SQL / Data Processing skills - Query, transform, and analyze large datasets for reporting and insights

•Experience in Build and optimize Power BI dashboards for asset performance, sustainability metrics, and decarbonization projects.

•Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau and SQL tuning.

Preferred Skills :

•Advanced Analytics - Data modelling, automation, and advanced analytics use cases

•Agile portfolio Management - Align analytics with Agile delivery and capacity planning

•Data Integration & Engineering - Experience integrating data from multiple systems

•Experience in Mortgage domain.

Additional Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
