Role Summary – Independent Contractor Provide direct, field-based QMHP services while meeting payer, documentation, and compliance requirements. Contractors maintain independent professional judgment within applicable QMHP service-delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver authorized skills training, crisis intervention, medication training and support, and targeted case management. Develop and update crisis and safety plans as clinically appropriate. Coordinate with caregivers, community partners, and treatment-team members as needed. Provide face-to-face services in approved settings, including homes, schools, and community locations. Complete accurate and timely progress notes, service records, and other required billing and compliance documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. QMHP or QMHP‑CS eligible. Experience Supporting Children, Adolescents, And Families Preferred. Comfortable working independently in a field-based service model. Strong Documentation Skills And Ability To Meet Required Timelines. Professional and empathetic communication with clients, families, and community partners. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND CONTRACT STRUCTURE

Per Contractor Agreement and Compensation Plan Base Service Fee – Billable Work: $25–$28 per approved billable hour. Services must be properly documented, coded, and eligible for submission and approval. Monthly Accelerator Enhancements: An additional $4–$9 per billable hour may be earned based on total monthly billable hours under a tiered accelerator model. Mileage Support Payment – If Offered: Monthly support may be available based on verified eligible business mileage. Normal commuting is excluded. Payments range from $100–$800 per month, depending on eligible mileage. Ramp-Up Minimum Pay – Optional and Time-Limited: Up to 45 days of ramp-up support may be available when eligibility requirements are met. Other Incentives – If Applicable: Client Recruitment Bonus: $50 for each new client enrolled with active insurance confirmation.

IMPORTANT CONTRACTOR NOTES

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Benefits are not provided. Non-billable administrative time, travel time, and meetings are not separately compensated unless expressly included in the compensation plan or a signed written statement of work. Trainings or meetings may be offered. Participation is generally voluntary unless otherwise stated.

PAY SCHEDULE – SEMI-MONTHLY

Work performed from the 1st–15th is paid on the 22nd. Work performed from the 16th–31st is paid on the 7th.

SERVICE AREA AND PRACTICAL EXPECTATIONS

Primary coverage includes Waller and surrounding communities in the northwest Houston area. Reliable transportation is required. Field travel between approved service locations is expected. Earnings are performance-driven and based on billable output, documentation quality, and timely completion under the accelerator model.
