Locations: McKinney, Balch Springs, and Duncanville

Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description: HNS Recovery is looking for highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Lot Attendants. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our recovery process, and we value team members who can work effectively in various conditions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization and inventory of recovered vehicles
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of personal property collected from recovered vehicles
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of lot inventory
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lot
• Assist with the transfer of vehicles to the appropriate storage or redemption lot
• Follow detailed instructions and company procedures accurately

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
• Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and adjust to varying schedules
