HR LeaderReporting to the VP HR, this is the sole HR leader in a manufacturing facility working directly with the Plant Manager to lead the business.The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.About the RoleEstablish and oversee HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, health and safety and compensation Ensure compliance with labor laws Provide guidance on employee developmentRecruit and Onboard new hiresConduct performance management and provide feedbackManage Payroll and benefits for employeesQualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience2-5 years' experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environmentStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement
