Job Description
The Food Service Director is continuously responsible to oversee all aspects of the Dietary Department. To respond to all Mountain View Community and CCDOC dietary needs in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Must be able to work in kitchen environment, lift up to 50 pounds, endure periods or heavy workload or stress. Position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. This position will plan and prepare food and special items for residents following preparation and nourishment lists and ensure kitchen and products are maintained in a safe and appropriate manner. This position will oversee staff on duty and is expected to display a positive attitude with focus on good team work.
