You won’t just contribute to projects that matter; you’ll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.____________________________________________________________________________________What You Bring15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centersProven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teamsDeep knowledge of building systems, including:Structural, concrete, and framing systemsHVAC, plumbing, chilled water systemsElectrical systems, including high/medium voltage and emergency powerExpertise in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environmentsStrong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-performing teamsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environmentUnderstanding of craft jurisdiction and union environmentsBachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Nice to HaveExperience with hyperscale data center buildsOSHA 30 certificationExperience leading commissioning and startup activitiesTrack record of developing future field leadersUnsolicited CorrespondenceThe Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
