The HVAC Lead Installer Waldrop is in need of is a customer oriented, driven individual who thrives in an environment where they can install the best solutions to solve a customer’s issues. Our next HVAC Installer will enjoy meeting the needs of customers who call in each and every day. They know that being prompt, professional, and knowledgeable is of the utmost importance. Having a team mindset and possessing concern for the customer is key.
You will spend most of your time in the field accurately and efficiently installing top of the line heating and air conditioning equipment in our customer’s home while keeping in communication with the customer each step of the way. You can rest knowing that a strong and caring team stands behind you, covering your six!

Compensation: $25-$35/hr. + spiffs and commission
Perfect Job Bonuses: Average an additional $1,000 to $1,200 a month for the lead tech once training is complete!
