Apartment Service Tech IIPosition at Windsor CommunitiesPlatform 14 is a mid-rise style community consisting of 177 apartment homes.Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Available to be on call every other week.Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly: Starting at $22.02 - $27.53 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $45,801 - $57,262.Summary:Must have intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance industry experience is a plus. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.
