Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Houston County Jail. We're actively hiring and looking to fill this position quickly with a nurse who is ready to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

? Deliver direct patient care and nursing assessments

? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

? Respond to medical concerns and nursing needs throughout the facility

? Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately

? Maintain accurate medical documentation

? Collaborate with providers and fellow nursing staff to ensure quality patient outcomes

? Follow established correctional healthcare policies and protocols
