House Person - Level Hotel (Evenings)

Job Description:There is an opportunity for a full-time Houseperson to join our team in Chicago. This important role is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the common areas of the property, as well as, functioning in a support role to the maintenance team. The ideal candidates must have housekeeping experience with hospitality before. Strip dirty rooms when requested by Management.Move furniture when requested by Manager.Assist co-workers, as requested.Deliver items to guest rooms upon request in a timely manner.Provide customer service to guests, including information about Hotel Services to promote a high-quality living experience for all residents.Ensure corridors are free of dust, walls are free of marks and vacuum hallway carpets.Ensure housekeeping supplies are in stock and inform Management when reordering is necessaryCommunicates with Management regarding the overall maintenance cleaning function of the property.Complete projects assigned by Management.Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal lawsWhat You Will Bring:Must be highly motivated and able to work independentlyPossess effective verbal and written communication skillsBasic reading skillsMust be organized and able to prioritize and multi-taskPossess basic knowledge of workplace safety proceduresAbout the company:LEVELNestled in the heart of vibrant urban destinations, Level luxuriously spacious modern suites, upscale lifestyle amenities, and dedicated concierge service create your personal sanctuary in the city.
