This includes lifting boxes weighing up to 35 pounds to a shelf height of 5 feet and may require standing for long periods of time to include bending, squatting, and reaching Results driven and able to achieve sales and profitability goals; assist visitors with product selection and offer complementary products Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain prompt and regular attendance Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team through a shared mission and goals May open and close the store independently Required to work one weekend day a week, or a full weekend every other week.
