At AllerVie Health's Lubbock's practices, you walk into a fully operational clinics — patients already scheduled, experienced staff in place, equipment ready. No administrative build-out. No ramp-up stress. Your focus is medicine, not logistics. Choose your schedule: 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Keep your evenings and weekends. Treat a broad mix of pediatric and adult allergy and immunology patients in a collegial, mission-driven environment. For physicians tired of the on-call grind, this is the exit ramp. Position Highlights: No call/ No weekends Join a care team of 1 physician and 3 APPs serving 3 locations in Lubbock, TX Competitive base salary productivity bonus - your effort is rewarded directly Sign-on bonus -ask your recruiter for current figures Relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates PTO Paid Holidays | Medical, Dental & Vision (30 hrs/wk) CME stipend full malpractice & tail coverage Research participation with additional compensation potential Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology. Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Fellowship training in Allergy & Immunology required. DEA ACLS and BLS certification required. Prior experience in outpatient allergy and immunology care preferred.
