Physician (MD/DO) — Nursing Home Primary Care | Glens Falls & Albany Region, NY (Part-Time) Location: Glens Falls & Albany Region, NY Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 per year (depending on schedule and volume) Schedule: Part-Time | 1–3 Days per Week | Flexible Hours | Availability between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM A medical group providing primary care services to nursing homes is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to provide part‑time coverage for skilled nursing facilities located in the Glens Falls and Albany region of New York. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality primary care to geriatric patients in a nursing home setting, with flexibility to build a schedule that fits 1–3 days per week. Position Overview The physician will be responsible for managing a panel of nursing home patients, addressing both routine and acute medical needs while ensuring high‑quality, coordinated care in collaboration with facility staff. Clinical Responsibilities Provide primary care services to geriatric nursing home residents Conduct routine and urgent patient visits Manage chronic conditions and acute medical issues Coordinate care with nursing staff and facility leadership Participate in CCM and RPM programs when applicable Document patient encounters in facility EMR systems (SigmaCare or PCC) Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician (MD/DO) Active New York Medical License (or ability to obtain) Active Medicare and Medicaid provider ID Experience working with geriatric patients preferred Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred What We Offer Competitive part‑time salary ($100K–$200K based on days worked) Flexible schedule (1–3 days per week) Opportunity to increase days or take on additional coverage Supportive clinical and administrative team #J-18808-Ljbffr Medstaff Group
