We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to support daily operations and lead our team during service. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining service standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting management and mentoring team members. This will be a seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints while maintaining high guest satisfaction
• Train new team members and provide ongoing support to existing staff
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and stocking products
• Support beverage and bar operations when needed (experience a plus)
• Handle cash transactions and complete necessary administrative shift tasks
• Touch tables and ensure guests receive attentive service
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to upper management in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling and team leadership
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Beverage management experience a plus

Availability

• Must have open availability
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
