We’re looking for Team Members who love working with people, take pride in what they do, and want to be part of a fun and supportive environment that supports YOU. As a Team Member, you’ll be one of the friendly faces our guests remember—and a key part of what makes each day run smoothly. What You’ll Do Be cross-trained in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles Welcome guests with warmth and provide fast, friendly service Take orders, run the register, and ensure accuracy and efficiency Prepare food, including whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, and prepping bagels Make and serve coffee and specialty drinks Keep the lobby and kitchen clean, organized, and inviting Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with opening and closing the store properly and securely Help with inventory counts and restocking Learn our bagel-making process—boiling, topping, and baking (we’ll train you!)
