Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of advanced RF/microwave IC products from concept to launchDrive innovation in product development processes and testing methodologiesProvide technical leadership on major projectsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Influence product strategy and roadmapsConduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs and requirements.Create technical documentations such as test plans, product datasheets, user guides.Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Qualifications:Master's or PhD preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field.10+ years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of RF engineering principles and concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools.Strong time management and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Desired Skill Set:Recognized expertise in complex IC design and advanced testing methodologiesDistinguished problem-solving capabilitiesProven track record of technical leadershipHands-on experience of using instruments in the lab.Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF CircuitsExcellent analytical skills: critical thinking, enhanced data analysis.Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW a plusGood initiative and motivation in a challenging environment.Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environmentsSelf-motivated and fast learner with strong technical, analytical and communication skills.If this job posting draws your interest, we would love to hear from you!For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
