Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Tuber to join a leading provider of advanced drilling solutions in Houston, TX. In this role, you will install, service, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic tubing systems while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate has experience with instrumentation tubing, hydraulic systems, and blueprint interpretation. Training will begin on the day shift before transitioning to the selected shift.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install tubing and piping systems.
• Install cable trays, supports, tubing, and clamps according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and instrumentation drawings.
• Install and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic control systems while following safety procedures.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Previous experience with instrumentation and Swagelok stainless steel tubing.
• Experience working with ¼-inch to 1-inch tubing and Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs).
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and use precision measuring tools.

The base pay range for this position is $34.00–$38.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
