Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Care

A healthcare services organization in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Primary Care team in Brooklyn, providing nursing care and working with diverse populations.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Monday to Wednesday every other week)
Hours: 9am to 5pm (40 hours per week; 11am to 7pm on rotated Mon to Weds)

Responsibilities:

Providing primary or ER care
Administering medications and vaccines
Coordinating patient services
Documenting nursing activities accurately
Maintaining high standards of care
Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

1+ year of Primary Care experience
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification
Previous experience with administering medications
Solid assessment and documentation skills
Patient oriented
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience in Community Health and/or Psychiatric Care
Behavioral Health experience
