P&C Account Coordinator

P&C Account Coordinator Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented P&C Account Coordinator to join the team. This role focuses on supporting the Commercial and Personal Lines of business, managing a diverse book of business, and ensuring exceptional client service. The position offers flexibility with a remote or hybrid work model; however, candidates must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. Compensation Package Competitive salary: Up to $40,000 - $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications). Opportunities for professional growth and development. Responsibilities Manage a generalist commercial book of business with an estimated revenue of $500,000 - $600,000. Provide exceptional service to clients across various industries and account types. Utilize Applied Epic software to maintain accurate records, process transactions, and manage client accounts. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and other client-facing documentation. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications/Requirements Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Commercial Lines. Proficiency in Applied Epic software (this is a hard requirement). Preferred Experience: Experience managing a book of business with agency revenue of approximately $500,000 - $600,000. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid environment.
