The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Assistant/Associate Director for Student Support and Development at Fairfield University. This role focuses on fostering an inclusive community for students and overseeing initiatives that promote retention and social justice. The successful candidate will design leadership programs and provide support for underrepresented students. A master’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience are required.
