Great Lakes Home Remodeling | Toledo, OH & Surrounding Areas
$16.00/hr. Guaranteed Base + Uncapped Bonuses
(Average 1st Year: $55k - $85k+)
The Bottom Line:
We don’t want you sitting in a cubicle. We want you outside, talking to homeowners, and setting appointments for our sales team. You don't have to close deals, and you don't have to drive. You just have to be able to handle a "no" and keep moving.

What You Will Do:
- Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment (5 hours a day on your feet).
- Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods to generate interest in free remodeling estimates.
- Overcome basic objections with a positive attitude.
What You Need:
- Grit: The physical stamina to walk neighborhoods and the mental toughness to handle rejection.
- Energy: A loud, confident voice and a positive attitude.
- Clean Record: Must pass a standard criminal background check (No driving record check required!).
