Plant Production Full Time

Plant Production – Evergreen Full‑Time (12‑Hour Shifts) This role is responsible for operation, management, and problem‑solving in a dairy processing facility. Responsibilities include ingredient and bulk material handling, machine operation, product manufacturing, and quality inspection. Other job duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand written SOPs and follow standards. Successful completion of required testing; interview will follow. Preferred At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work weekend, overtime, nights, holidays, and rotating schedules. Schedule and Physical Requirements 12‑hour shifts (float). Some nights, some rotating. Holidays and weekends required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Ability to bend, squat, twist, stoop, and climb steps/ladders. Must pass a physical capacity profile test and pre‑employment drug screen. Compensation Hourly wage: $23.58–$27.77, plus night premium of $1.50 and longevity pay $0.50–$1.00. Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 8% 401(k) match to ESOP.
