Our client (a world leading hedge fund) seeks a Systems Administrator to join their Algo Trading Strategies group. Responsibilities include oversight and assistance for a diverse range of enterprise systems within the hedge fund environment, encompassing Windows and Linux environments, as well as data and communications platforms.
Requirements include:
- Strong command of Windows and Linux desktop/server environments, including proficiency in clustered computing solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research abilities
- Expertise in MS Windows enterprise and MS Office suite
- Proficiency in systems administration, including trade floor support, software and hardware management, and remote user support
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse international teams
