Our fast-paced business immigration practice offers an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to work with our Austin-based team. Under the attorney's supervision, the immigration paralegal will manage a high‑volume portfolio of nonimmigrant (NIV) matters for corporate clients, delivering accurate, timely filings across H‑1B (cap and cap‑exempt), H‑1B1, E‑3, L‑1, TN, O‑1, and related dependent applications. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program. 2+ years of employment‑based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment. Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process, specifically in (Visa Type). Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask, and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding organizational skills are required. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
