Elementary School Teacher

This mid-level Elementary School Teacher position is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility and ownership. With 3 years of experience under your belt, you'll step into a remote position paying $53,000 - $82,000 where ownership and momentum matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage competing demands while keeping attention to detail high
• Defend the Scaffolding fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks
• Sense when an Augusta relationship needs a call, not an email
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Read between the lines of what Augusta customers actually need
• Keep ByteForge Labs's remote commitments visible and on track
• Find the flexible workaround when the official path is blocked

What You'll Bring

• Proven Scaffolding judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• Familiarity with the Augusta market and local general landscape
