Job Summary As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our client's facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any potential issues. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with management and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
