Join an established practice of 5 geriatricians, 9 APPs, and full-time nursing staff \n

Split between nursing home coverage and ambulatory clinic \n

50 hospitalists, including a dedicated geriatric hospitalist, handle admissions \n

No assisted living, home visit, hospice, or palliative care requirements \n
