Contract Attorney

We are sourcing a Temporary Contracts Attorney to assist a boutique tech consulting firm in Chicago. This project will provide interim support following a recent acquisition. This role will focus on s trategic commercial contracting, with a strong emphasis on MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs (SOWs will be the primary workload). If interested, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io . ~ 20 hours/week ; workload may fluctuate Heavy drafting, review, and negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs Review of vendor contracts across technology, SaaS, data analytics, AI, and professional services Interim engagement through October 2027 Chicago-based ; candidate should be comfortable coming onsite a few times per month Required training with departing GC Pay targeting $60–$75/hour (W2) Ideal candidates are experienced commercial contracts attorneys who know the right questions to ask and are comfortable handling complex agreements.
