Cardiovascular Technologist

Job Title: Cardiovascular Technologist

Profession: Cardio Vascular Tech

Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct cath lab experience if not a graduate of a relevant program

License: Must be currently registered Radiological Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or must become RT(R) or RCIS certified

Certifications: Current Certification as American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS

Must-Have: Current ACLS certification

Description: Candidates must be graduates of a Radiology Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or equivalent program. If candidates are not graduates of the above programs, they must have 4 years of direct cath lab experience. The position encompasses 40 hours per week, including weekends every third week.
