What You'll Do:
- Provide precision haircuts, fades, and beard trims
- Deliver the Sport Clips MVP experience (haircut, hot steamed towel, massage shampoo)
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the salon
Qualifications:
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License (Minnesota)
- Passion for men's haircuts and grooming
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
