Product Specialist

Position Overview

The Product Specialist is part salesperson, part problem-solver, and part brand ambassador. You'll help customers design their dream workspace, guide them through options, quote with precision, and back it up with unmatched product knowledge and service.

This role is for someone who thrives on the hustle—someone with the mindset of an entrepreneur inside the company who takes initiative, builds relationships, and grows the business from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Be the go-to expert on everything we build and sell— Badass Workbench , Big Rack Shack pallet racking and shelving, and Swivel Storage Solutions . You'll help customers design complete shop setups that combine benches, racking, and storage systems into one badass workspace. From quoting and configuring orders with precision to educating customers on materials and use cases, you'll make every interaction count.

You'll represent the brand at trade shows, shop visits, and showroom tours— demonstrating why our products dominate in strength, function, and style. Behind the scenes, you'll collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics to keep orders accurate and on track.

Above all, own the customer experience from start to finish. Follow up, follow through, and make sure every customer walks away thinking, “Now that was Badass.”

What It Takes

An entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership, delivers results, and helps customers build better workspaces. Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and follow-through; comfortable with HubSpot, Shopify, and Katana; thrives in a fast-paced, accountable environment and willing to travel occasionally.

You'll have a real impact here, with your ideas and effort directly shaping our growth. You'll work with American-made, heavy-duty products that speak for themselves and join a family-owned company with entrepreneurial spirit and room to grow. You'll be part of a crew that works hard, has fun, and takes pride in building something that lasts.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
