Student Housing Community Manager — Drive Occupancy & NOI

Newark, DE

University Partners is seeking a Community Manager in Newark, DE to oversee property operations and a diverse staff. You will implement marketing plans, manage budgets, supervise leasing and maintenance, and ensure high occupancy and NOI while delivering quality resident service. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to balance costs with revenue growth.
