We help customers turn that story into something beautiful, emotional, and uniquely theirs.What You'll Do — Make Art and Drive SalesAs a Sales & Experience Associate, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will:Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experienceSpark curiosity, explain the concept, and convert interest into salesHandle transactions, upsell personalized products, and offer expert adviceStay engaged and proactive during quiet times—no two days are the sameRepresent the Iris Galerie brand with professionalism and enthusiasmWho We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone with an eye for detail and a passion for people.
