The Role

As a Real Estate Sales Assistant, you’ll work part-time, focusing on converting leads in the state of Florida into opportunities for our Closing Agents while sharpening your real estate expertise. What You'll Do

• Engage Leads Via Phone : Proactively reach out to warm leads generated by our advanced systems to confirm their interest using proven scripts.
• Present Analyses : Provide potential clients with customized analysis reports to highlight the value of their property.
• Client Relationship Building : Send curated information packages to interested leads, strengthening client relationships and fostering trust.
• Pipeline Management : Update and maintain lead data in our CRM platform (Follow Up Boss) to ensure a seamless handoff to Closing Agents.
• Support Sales Processes : Collaborate with Closing Agents by handling administrative tasks and assisting in ensuring an efficient sales process.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay : $2,000/month + team production bonuses.
• Schedule : 5 days a week, 3 hours per day (approximately $33.50/hour).
• Flexibility : Morning hours with afternoons reserved for personal growth and development.

Who You Are

• Licensed in Florida : Active Florida Real Estate License is required.
• Client-Focused Communicator : Skilled at speaking to clients over the phone and presenting property analyses in a professional and approachable manner.
• Must Be Willing To Make 20 to 30 Calls a Day to Leads: This is a sales role, & calling will be your main objective. If you do not feel comfortable talking on the phone to leads this will not work.
• Organized & Tech-Savvy : Detail-oriented with experience using CRM platforms like Follow Up Boss.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit : Motivated to grow your career as a real estate professional while learning from industry leaders.
• Bilingual : Proficient in English and Spanish, with the ability to connect with Florida's diverse community.
• Team-Oriented : Ready to collaborate and contribute to the team’s success.
• Miami-Based : Able to commute to our office in Downtown Miami as needed.
