Global HR Ops Associate Remote, 9 Contract

Partner Engineering and Science

Partner Company in India is seeking a Senior HR Associate for a 9-month fixed-term contract to support global HR operations in a remote-first environment.

You will manage onboarding, data management and offboarding across regions, coordinate with payroll and benefits, apply AI tools, and maintain HR documentation to drive efficiency and compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years of HR operations experience and the ability to work across time zones, including night shifts.
