Restaurant Manager - Wine + Bar Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily operations for both the restaurant and bar, ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to cultivate a cohesive and high-performing team.
Develop innovative strategies to elevate service quality and enhance customer experiences.
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Oversee inventory management and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
Strong background in fast-casual or high-volume take-out environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
