Sales Operations Associate

Providing essential operational support to various departments, the full-time remote Sales Operations Associate will manage pre-sales, contracting, and renewal processes while ensuring accurate contract information is maintained in Salesforce for the Government, Funder, and Non-Profit segment. Key responsibilities Offer operational, administrative, and clerical support primarily to sales, finance, and legal departments Ensure Salesforce is accurately updated with customer contract information for multiple business teams Assist the legal team in managing contract approvals and signatures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field 2-3 years of experience in an operations-focused role, ideally within sales Proficiency in Salesforce is required Experience supporting a Government, Funder, and Non-Profit (GFN) sales team is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
